You have questions; we have the answers for you to explain the terms of your membership. We are happy you have chosen to join our community and we will work hard to keep you happy with the most current products and layouts from our talented (Design Team). Quick summary of our club membership terms:
Effective March 30, 2009 all billing for membership accounts will take place on the 1st of the month. This is to allow us to get our members the kits sooner after the monthly kit reveal (on the 5th of each month). Thank you. Our membership kits ship on the 10th. Our members are offered a discounted rate for 3 and 6 month memberships plus $7.60 priority shipping. If you received the Main and the Creative kit effective March 30, 2009 due to postal rate increases we will charge actual shipping over $7.60. This is due to the increased cost due to the weight of our kits and the postal increase...thank you.

Actual shipping charges apply to international memberships plus the cost of the special box their shipments require.. The Album Club is charged actual shipping due to the weight of that kit. Kits proceed to shipping once we receive and process your payment: the process usually takes 3-5 days, our kits ship on the 10th of each month. Memberships that are received after the 1th of each month are shipped in about 3 days after our main shipment has been mailed. If your kit is damaged in shipping contact us within 5 days of receiving the kit, and we will make arrangements to correct the situation. We do not accept returned kits, unless the kit has been damaged during shipment and in that case we will replace the kit. Please e-mail us at MyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you correct this situation.

I just signed up for a membership. What happen next?
Once your membership is activated, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. Please check this and if you notice any error, please contact us immediately at MyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com so that we can make the necessary changes. Your membership will begin with the current month’s kit, unless we are sold out. Then your membership will begin with the following month’s kit.

Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?
Our talented design team members offer layouts full of creative inspiration on using your monthly kit. But that is not all; we provide an exclusive sketch every month for members only. Visit our (Design Team Gallery) check out the current month's ideas. Each month's gallery is conveniently archived by month, so you can view previous monthly kit ideas. Be sure to check out our (Message Board/Gallery)for even more inspiration.

What if I want all the kits is there a discount?
Yes, we offer free gift on the combining of the Main Kit and the Mini Kit just email us at MyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com.

What day of the month is my credit card billed?
Members are billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up after the 1st, your kit will ship 1-3 days after our monthly kit shipments.That is usually around the 10th of the month. Our kits start shipping after the reveal on the 5th of the month due to the size of our membership this process takes several days. Thank you.

My credit card was declined. What do I do?
If your credit card is declined for payment, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail asking you to review the billing/shipping address and expiration date on your card. We will verify that all of your information is correct; we will attempt to bill you once more. This may take several days as we are packing/shipping a large volume of kits the week after billing). If your credit card is declined again, you will be asked to send another form of payment; i.e. PayPal or a money order. We will hold your kit in good faith until the 10th of the month. After the 10th, the kit that was reserved for you will be sold and your membership will be cancelled. A $25 early cancellation fee will apply due to non-payment of your membership. Note: if your credit card is declined for payment for any reason, we cannot guarantee that a kit will be available for purchase that month.

How do I update my credit card information?
Please check our home page and click on (Update Account), this will take you to our Secure Message Board were you can provide us with your updated information.

What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?
Due to the high volume of kits we ship, we need a few days to pack and ship kits. Kits will begin shipping out on the 10th. Please allow additional time for your kit to ship during holidays and weekends.

What are your shipping rates?
There is a shipping charge of $7.60 for our kits. Shipments of more than one kit will be charged an addtional fee over $7.60( due to postal rate increase Jan. 2010) Limited Addition Kits will ship in their own box and require their own postage. The postage amount will be add to your cart at check out. International customers will be contacted with the correct postage for their location. Due to postal rate increases we are going to zone shipping. This means that the customers on the East and West coast will see an increase in their postal rate. Effective Feb. 01, 2009. Thank you

Effective June 1, 2008 all Album Kit customers will be charged actual shipping on their orders. Your box will be weighed and then you will be charged if there is an additional amount over the $7.50 allowance each month. Postal rates have gone up and it has forced us to make this change. Thanks for understanding.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We have many ladies we ship kits to all over the world. If you are a customer interested in a membership that will ship outside the U.S simply, (click here to join). Contact us at: MyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com for shipping rates and we will gladly send you out an invoice for the remainder of the shipping costs. Currently shipping to other countries is the actual shipping charge. If other charges apply, we will contact you before your kit ships.Due to the cost of shipping international members their will be an additional fee $1.50 for the boxes required to ship these orders. Thank you for understanding.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
If you would prefer to use PayPal you may do so, however if payment is made by using PayPal for a membership, you will be billed on the 1st of each month and must pay the invoice by the 5th any Paypal invoices remaining unpaid by the 10th your kit will be sold and a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. When am I charged for Add-on?
Add-ons when availavble will be charged additional postage when added to our kit orders. Due to the size of our kits it is not always possible to add these items to the kit shipments and they may require their own box. Thank you.

What if I need to cancel a membership early?
If you wish to cancel before completing your subscription, a $10.00 termination fee will apply along with the difference in cost between our regular and discounted kits.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
If your kit is damaged in shipping contact us within 5 days of receiving the kit, and we will make arrangements to correct the situation. We do not accept returned kits, unless the kit has been damaged during shipment and in that case we will replace the kit. Please e-mail us atMyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you correct this situation. We do require that you send back the damaged kit and we will refund you the shipping charges you incur.

When my subscription term is complete, do I need to re-subscribe for a new term?
No. Once you become a My Creative Scrapbook monthly-kit member, we automatically continue to renew your term for you until you decide to cancel. Please notify us of your cancellation by the 10th of the prior month in which you wish to cancel. For example, if you wish to cancel September’s kit, please notify us before August 10th...
Kits will renew at the current kit cost.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do! Simply contact us at MyCreativeScrapbook@gmail.com and tell us what type of membership length you would like to purchase. You can be billed monthly beginning with the starting month of the membership, or pay for the entire membership up front. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send a gift certificate to the recipient with your message.
